6 Hang Power Cleans
You must add 10# to the barbell every 2 minutes. You can be assisted in adding weight. Any 2 minute period that you fail to get all reps done, is your stopping point, count all reps that have been accomplished in your score.
RX, Masters 40+ – 135/95 starting weight
Scaled, Msters 50+ – 95/65
Teen – 75/55
Beginner – 65/45
XY – you have to do 10 total burpees to a plate every two minutes as well, split however you want (5/5 or any other combination). If one partner fails to complete a round before the other, they can do all of the burpees from that point on.
RX starts at 135/95, scaled at 95/65
Stretch and roll – shoulders, low back, pelvis, IT band, quads.
