Interval Shuttle, T2B, WB (3 Rounds for reps)

3 Rounds – 2 Minutes Each of:

10M Shuttle Runs (each 10M is a rep) Toes to Bar

Wall Balls 20/14

Rest

– this looks like 2 minutes of each movement, record reps, rest 2 mins, and start over until each movement has been done three times.

Record each round of run, t2b and wb as a complete round for scoring. Enter three scores.
