Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

EMOM – 15 Minutes

Even Minutes – 15 Squats, 5 Burpees

Odd Minutes – 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15… push-ups, decreasing by 1 pus-up every minute til 5 push-ups the last minute.

If you fall off of your push-ups, just do as many as you can and count them all, and only them, for your score.
