60 Burpees

2 – 200M KB Waiters Walk per teammate (35/20)

1000M row (total distance)

Once bought in, you will perform

10 Toes to Bar

10 shoulder to overhead w/ barbell from buy in

Rounds and Reps til time is complete

Switch on and off as often as you like, Share everything however you like except the waiters walk. “
Beginners should reduce clean to dead-lift, lighten as needed. Sit-ups for T2B. And can farmers walk.

Shoulder to overhead comes from the ground to keep the rig clear except beginners use squat racks.
