Back to “normal” WOD’s for awhile, hope you enjoyed Summer Camp!
In this warm-up, the first thing you will do is grab two kettlebells, and carry them out the front door, and around the “steps circle” two times, then replace them in order with heaviest on the left.
Sled (Pull the sled to the stop sign and back,read below)
You have no more than 1 minute to pull, coach will time you and you cannot count the pull if it takes more than 1 minute. You get three attempts at a max load pull. Just be quick. 🙂
