Warm up fast, use the Clean and Jerk as part of the warm up. The WOD takes most people FOREVER. 🙂

Clean and Jerk (1 RM in 10 minutes)

Deadlift ,1.5 Body Weight

Bench Press, Body Weight

Clean, 3/4 Body Weight
Use 3 barbells, you can share benches, but keep your Bench press bar at its station if you can. You could share your clean bar and BP bar if easier.
