Teams of TWO –

First accumulate 1 total minute for each person of a handstand against the wall. You must accumulate a full minute, no cheating. As soon as any ONE member of the team is done with their minute, they begin work –

200 Double Unders

175 Jumping Pull-ups

150 45#/35# Shoulder to Overhead

125 Sit-ups

100 Burpees

Switch on and off as often as you like.

Once the team has finished all required work, the team again accumulates 1 minute per person of a handstand. Time is called when the handstand is done.

Beginners – scale the handstand appropriately.
