Clean and Jerk (take a stab at the heaviest 15 reps you can do.)
Recommend you try 5-7 and decide if you need to increase weight at that point. Your best bet for success is to blast through as much as possible. Resting is not worth it.
As soon as the bar stops moving on the floor, or you let go other than to re-grip in the hang, your attempt is over.
