Christmas Blues Partner WOD (Time)

No Christmas Blues this year… WOD Them away!

Partner Up – each get a white board and divide the following work however you want BEFORE the WOD. You cannot change once the WOD starts.

One partner works at a time, accomplish work in order. Teams start at one end and move to the other together so you can always see who is in the lead. One mat for KB, one mat for push-ups, next mat over for SDLHP, one mat over for sit-ups…

60 Kettlebell Swings – 55#/35#

60 Push-ups

60 Sumo DL High Pull – KB

60 Sit-ups

60 Goblet Squats

60 Lunge Steps (not walking)
