Partner Rowing Wall Balls (AMRAP – Reps)
36 Minute AMRAP
One partner Rows 300/200M then does max reps wall balls (catch/squat/release without pause). Once done with your set of max wall balls, the other partner begins the row.
Partner 1 rests the duration of partner 2’s round. Switch back and forth, record the teams total reps.

You can take as long as you want between the row and the wall balls, but of course, the clock never rests.
