Lumberjack 20 (Time)

20 Deadlifts, 275#
Run 400m
20 Kettlebell swings, 70#
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats, 115#
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups
Run 400m
20 Box Jumps, 24″
Run 400m
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 45#
Run 400m
You will do this in teams of TWO

One person works, the other runs then works, the next runs then works. In other words, your partner does all of the Dead-lifts, or the KB swings. None of the work is split up.

For the DB squat cleans, you can use DB’s if we have a good weight for you, or use KB’s or barbell.
