12 Pull-ups

24 Pull-ups

42 KB Swings 1.5/1.0

21 KB Swings

15 Clean and Jerks 135/95

30 Sit-ups

30 Sit-ups

Divide between yourselves, then attack in ANY order. But you must switch back and forth after EVERY component.
