Together Against The World (Time)

You are all ONE TEAM –

For every Athlete in the class you will add 4 – 45#/25# plates and 1 – 20#/14# Wall Ball to the DUMP (a pile by the rig).

At the call of GO

Every item added to the dump needs to make it out 200M and back, and be moved into a pile on the near side of the gym by the wodify TV.

Once all DUMP items have been piled, they now need to be moved back over to their normal place. Each item earns its return by a combination of:

10 Squats

10 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

You can divide this work however you want, pre-quantify the reps for each and then set out with a plan to tackle the reps as well as return the items.

Time is called when the last item is returned to its proper place. The items cannot begin moving until the 30 reps per item are done, thus you need to manage the rep count well.

Teamwork is the name of the game.
