Travel Squat Pull Interval (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Minutes, on Even Minutes – 6 Squats holding something in the front rack position (dumbbells, suitcase, case of beer, etc)

On Odd Minutes 5 Strict Pull-ups (on a luggage rack, on the door) or a bent pull substitute – using the same object as before bend over as a bent over row, and pull to chest, Increase reps as necessary to make the work viable *up to 20 reps per minute
