Sprint Push-up Ladder
2 Minutes per round, stop when you can no longer complete work in 2 minutes.
Sprint 100M (measure by walking off 100 large steps)
then 10 Push-ups. Rest til 2 minutes.
Round 2 do 20 Push-ups, round 3 – 30 push-ups, and so on until 2 minutes is not enough time to complete the round. Score is the total # of rounds.
