Perform 20 Burpees in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes – for every Burpee missed, from 20, do a 2 Squat penalty during the rest time. The Squats count 1 for every 2.
Perform 30 Burpees in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes – for every Burpee missed, from 30, do a 2 Sit-up penalty during the rest time. The Sit-ups count 1 for every 2.
Perform 40 Burpees in 2 minutes
Rest 2 minutes – for every Burpee missed, from 40, do a 2 Push-up penalty during the rest time. The Push-ups count 1 for every 2.
Your workout is done when you have completed less than the allotted number of Burpees and other movement in the 4 minutes, or when you complete all required reps.
