20 Minute EMOM
on the even minutes perform:
5 Burpee Tuck Jumps
on the odd minutes perform:
alternating 30 seconds of maximum Double Unders, and 30 seconds of maximum squats.
Record the total of double unders and squats to your score.
(on minute 1 you will do doubles, on 3 you will do squats, on 5 you will do doubles, on 7 squats, etc. Do not count the Burpees and sit-ups)
