Strength: 20 min to establish a 1RM squat clean

WOD: 15 min AMRAP
10 Goblet Squats with KB 1.5/1pood
200 Meter Run wth KB
10 Step ups with KB

At any point of putting the kettle bell down on the ground, you will do 3 burpees each time it is dropped!
