Turkey’s Gone Bad
Turkeys Gone Bad (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of 4 (2 guys and 2 girls)
5 Stations, 2 Minutes per station, exchange work/rest as often as you like but ALWAYS have one guy working and one girl working.
Each Station will have a women’s weight/station, and a men’s weight/station.
Station 1 – Wall Balls (20#/14#)
Station 2 – Sumo Dead-Lift High Pull (75#/45#)
Station 3 – Box Jumps (20″ both sexes)
Station 4 – Push Press From the Rack (75#/45#)
Station 5 – Row For Calories
Station 6 = REST 2 minutes
The first team will enter at station 1, the second team starts when the first team rotates, the third team enters at rotate, until there are six teams in the gauntlet. The 7th team enters when the 6th team starts round 2. Followed by the 8th team, 9th, etc.
Total Reps will be the score, be sure you always have somebody ready to record total reps. Best way is to have the men keep a running count, and the women for each station. Do your math at the end.
