Monday through Thursday: 6AM, 7:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
Friday: 6AM, 7:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM
Saturday: 9:00AM (bring a friend day)
Sunday: CLOSED – Get outside and go for a run, bike, canoe, walk, sail!

FUNDAMENTALS
Where we teach, re-teach, and polish up on the basic movements.
M/W/F 10:30am

EXPRESS LUNCH
30 minutes of CrossFit.  In and out so you can get back to work.

We will answer any further questions you may have in that class. We also have a kids room, so feel free to bring them along!
