Regular classes:
Monday through Thursday: 6AM, 7:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM

Friday: 6AM, 7:30AM, 8:30AM, 9:30AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM

Saturday:
9:00AM (bring a friend day)

Sunday:
CLOSED – Get outside and go for a run, bike, canoe, walk, sail!

 

Fundamentals:

Where we teach, re-teach, and polish up on the basic movements

M/W/F 10:30am

 

Express Lunch:

30 minutes of crossfit.  In and out so you can get back to work.

M/W/F 11:30am

Options are discussed in our intro class that can be set up at info@crossfitsilos.com We have several options depending on your budget and schedule, as well as family discounts! We will answer any further questions you may have in that class. We also have a kids room, so feel free to bring them along!
