  • Where we teach, re-teach, and polish up on the basic movements.

    Scheduled Per Athlete

    A RESERVATION TO THIS CLASS IS REQUIRED.

  • 30-40 minutes of CrossFit. In and out so you can get back to work.

    Every day at 11:45am (we do have showers too)

  • Options are discussed in our intro class that can be set up at info@crossfitsilos.com We have several options depending on your budget and schedule, as well as family discounts! We will answer any further questions you may have in that class. We also have a kids room, so feel free to bring them along!
