Gyms all over the country do Friday Night lights as a party for the open… today we will do saturday AM lights. Cheer for your teammate, like it was your best bud.

Saturday AM Lights (2 Rounds for reps)

Partner Up

This WOD is designed to be done with a partner, but all work is done on your own. Each partner will do TWO 5 minute AMRAPS, while the other partner supports.

First 5 Minute AMRAP

12 Burpees

24 Air Squats

36 Double Unders (do 108 singles but divide by three for reps)

1 MINUTE GAP TO CHANGE PARTNERS

Add both partners reps, 72 per round.

Second 5 Minute AMRAP

5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)

15 Sit-ups

10 Deadlifts

Add both partners reps. 30 per round.

CLOCK

Start at 0, stop at 5, start at 6, stop at 11, start at 12, stop at 17, start at 18, stop at 23.
