Select 4 of the following 6 objectives, you can do movements in any order, but once you start a movement/objective, you must stay with it, 1 partner working at a time.

300 double unders

100 GHD Sit-ups

100 Pull-ups

100 Burpees

100 Hand Release Push-ups

10,000# (7,500 for two women) Dead Lifts
