You will meet with one of the trainers for an hour, one-on-one or in a small group session, to discuss and show you basic movements, put you through a short workout, and give you an overall impression of our facility.
Following the workout we will show you how to get started in the upcoming classes to have your first WOD with the group classes.
Intro Class times are scheduled by appointment. So just fill out the Try Us form.
You will want to fill out the waiver before coming in to save a little time
