Endurance WOD 2018 (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

40 minute AMRAP:

10 Burpees (Rx+ 10 Jump Back/Up)

20 (10 per arm) Alt Single Arm Hang Snatch (1×53/35 DB or KB)

30 Grasshoppers Left + Right = 1 rep

40 Double Unders (Rx+ 40 Unbroken DUBs)

400 Meter Run (400m run = 1 rep)

Note the number of Rounds + Reps in comments. If you cannot string at least 10 reps at the weight used for hang snatches—- seriously consider scaling the load.
