Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

5 minutes at each station, 10 rounds of 20 seconds moderate (NOT max reps speed) work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Rest 1 minute before switching to the next movement.

Station 2. Wall Walks (Rx+ HSPU)

Station 3. Double Unders

Station 4. Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Rx+ Ring OR Bar Muscle Ups)

Station 5. Single Arm KB Thrusters (1×44/25) (Alt sides every work/rest switch) (Rx+ 1×53/35 DB)

Station 6. Situps (Rx+ TTB)
