Overhead Squat (10x @ 70% of your 1RM)

EMOM x10 Mins: 2 OHS @ 70% of 1RM. For those of you that have not mastered the OHS, I suggest practicing technique for 10 mins and picking a weight closer to 50% for the EMOM.
