Event Logistics
- 3 WODs for and a 4th for RX finalists.
- 9am start
- 4pm finish (we hope)
As always, this event is set to test your overall fitness and work capacity. We have fun WOD’s that will have you dirty and smiling at the end. This year the event goes inside… well, much of it. We will use the outdoors plenty, but you will have plenty of enjoyable heat in the complex!
In addition, all competitors that do both days of competition will receive a limited edition item of clothing. We will not produce these other than for this event, nor will they be sold in our merchandise store. Compete both days, and get one!
Volunteer both days (all day) or compete 1 and volunteer 1 (all day) and get a special volunteer apparel.
