2. Double Unders
3. Plank Hold, Wall Facing Handstand Hold or Wall Walk
4. Single Arm KB Thrusters or DB Manmakers
5. LATERAL Box Step Overs (24/20)
6. Row or Assault Bike
If you would like to partner up have P1 do :30 work while P2 rests then switch. Make sure to switch arms on the KB Thrusters mid set or every other round.
