E5MOM: Row/Run 5 Squat Snatches (Weight)

5 rounds:

Every 5 minutes:

50/35 Cal Row OR Run 400m

5 Snatches (athletes choice)

Increase snatch weight each round. Record the weight used on your last set of snatches for your score. If you do not complete the row and all 5 snatches within the 5 minute time interval it is not considered “Rx” No rest between rounds.
