50 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85)

AMRAP Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

Score 1: AMRAP S20 reps

Rest 3 minutes

Round 2: 10 minute AMRAP (from rack)

50 Front Squats (95/65)

50 Front Squats (115/85)

AMRAP Front Squats (135/95)

Score 2: AMRAP FS reps

Rest 3 minutes

Round 3: 10 minute AMRAP (from floor)

50 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)

50 Hang Power Cleans (115/85)

AMRAP Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

Score 3: AMRAP HPC reps

Rx+: Run 400m together after each round.
