Teams of 2: Accumulate As Much Poundage As Possible
10 Minutes Each:
1. Overhead Squat
2. Front Squat
3. Back Squat
Barbell must be lifted from the floor for all 3 movements. Track reps and loads as you go. Rest as much or as little as you want. Go as heavy or light as you like.
At the 30 min mark share a rower with your partner and accumulate 3000 (Rx+) 2000 (Rx) meters for time. Note your partners name time in the comment field.
