Partner Sandbag or Odd Object Relay (Time)
1. Partner 1 (P1): Completes 250 meter row at the same time Partner 2 (P2) carries a heavy sandbag around the 400m path as far as possible.
2. When P1 finishes the row they run or walk to tag P2 out of the loaded carry. 3. P2 runs back to the rowing station P1 just left and P1 picks up the sandbag or odd object where P2 was tagged and carries it as far as possible while P2 completes their 250m rowing interval.
This cycle continues back and forth in a tag in and out fashion until the sandbag has traveled a TOTAL of 1 mile. (Recommended weights: 60lb men/30lb women)
