Brawn (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

24 minute AMRAP:

100 Kettlebell Snatches (44/25) Rx+: 53/35

80 Strict Box Step ups (24/20) *while your partner holds kettlebells in the front rack position (switch as you like)

60 Double Kettlebell Swings (2×44/2×25) (Rx+: 2×53, 2×35)

40 Toes To Bar *while you partner holds bells at side (switch as you like)

40 HR Pushups (Rx+: 20 Handstand Push ups)

One person working at a time, partition reps as desired.
