“Gracious Cindy” (AMRAP – Reps)
This is a 2 Partner 30 minute AMRAP: With a running clock, Partner 1 (P1): performs 1 Clean and Jerk 135/95 + 1 round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats) while Partner 2 (P2): Runs 200m. Then, P2: performs 2 Clean and Jerks + 1R Cindy while P1: Runs 200m. Then P1: performs 3 Clean and Jerks + 1R Cindy while P2: Runs 200m. Then P2: performs 4 Clean and Jerks + 1R Cindy while P1: Runs 200m. Keep adding 1 clean and 1 jerk each round until the 30 minutes expires. Your score is the total number of Clean and Jerks performed + the total meters run to. Each 200 meter run counts as 1 rep. Athletes should take advantage of the 200m run and work at a moderate or slow pace.
