Athletes can choose 1 of 3 ways to do this workout:
Option 1: 10 Rounds for time of:
10 Lunges
10 Air squats
10 AbMat Sit-ups
Run 100m
Option 2: 2 rounds of:
50 Lunges
50 Air squats
50 AbMat Sit-ups
Run 500m
or
Option 3:
100 Lunges
100 Air squats
100 AbMat Sit-ups
Run 1000m
