Crossfit Mainsite Workout from 170212 (15 min time cap)
500 double-unders for time.
Start a clock and at the beginning of each minute perform 3 bodyweight front squats from the rack.
Your score is the time it takes to complete.
Note the front squat load in your comments.
If unable to complete 50 double unders consecutively, consider scaling to counting attempts. Strive to complete the workout in less than 15 minutes. Front squats should be performed with excellent mechanics and consecutively or consider reducing the load.
Beginners: 500 single-unders for time
