3RFT:

600m run

40 pull-ups

80 push-ups

120 air squats

Rx+: Wear a weight vest!

Standards:

-No partitioning movements allowed.

-You must complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next movement.

-Partners run together.

-One person works at a time for pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats.

-Divide the reps with your partner however you want.
