Metcon (Time)

In teams of 2 for time:

-600 (M) /500 (W) Calories Row

While one partner is rowing the other is working to complete:

200 Burpees

400 Double Unders

Each partner must row a minimum of 20 Calories before alternating. Athletes may break up Burpees and Double Unders as desired. For example: 20 sets of 10 Burpees and 40 Double Unders.

The workout ends when all Calories, Burpees and Double Unders have been completed. Both partners may work at the same time.

Time cap: 40 minutes
Record your time as 40:00 and note your partners name, as well as the number of calories or reps complete for burpees and DUBs in comments.
