Get a Grip- 2 Partner (Time)
100 Reps of each with a partner:
1 DL
1 HSC
1 FS
1 PP
1 PJ
Rx: 95/65; Rx+ 115/75
Rules:
1. Bar may not touch the floor except during the DL.
2. Partner 1 must hand off the barbell to Partner 2 then immediately start a 400m RUN.
3. Keep switching off until 100 reps have been completed.
4. If the barbell is dropped there is a 10 lateral burpee over partner penalty.
5. Partners should use the same weights for all movements.
