5x: Strict Press-Chin-Up Max Reps (5 Rounds for reps)

5 Rounds:

-5 Strict Press @ 60-75% 1RM

-30 seconds max reps strict chin-ups (Chin must clear bar)

The total score for each round is the total number of strict press + total number of chinups. Record your score for all 5 rounds and note the strict press load in the comments.

-First break: 20 DUs penalty (2x singles)

-Second break: 8 Sit up penalty
