10 rounds of the following, complete as many reps of each exercise as possible:
R1: 30 seconds of K2E (Rx+ Toes to Bar)
Rest 30 seconds
R2: 30 seconds of box dips (Rx+ Ring Dips)
Rest 30 seconds
R3: 30 seconds of body-weight deadlifts
Rest 30 seconds
R4: 30 seconds of HRPU (RX+ HSPU)
Rest 30 seconds
Post reps completed for each round to comments. Note weight used for deadlifts in comments.
